In the year 2006, for the first time in the history of the Slovak construction industry, the limit of
5 thousand m3 of the foam concrete, manufactured by the SIRCONTEC equipment and according to the SIRCONTEC company procedures, was passed.

Practically all concrete, more than 97% was consumed for making levelling layers of floors in civic buildings. The rest was consumed for making gradient layers of flat roofs and prefabricated parts.

As for the regional distribution of the consumption, the west of Slovakia dominates with the share of more than 90%.

In the year 2007 SIRCONTEC company is expecting confirmation of the significantly growing trend of the foam concrete consumption with the increased share of the eastern Slovakia. This is indicated by continuously growing interest in SIRCONTEC floor structures from the side of designers, architects and realization companies.
